Godly Leadership Training at LCI
Why
Godly leadership training prepares youth to be servant-minded, think outside the box, have a growth mindset, work in a team setting, set goals, engage in meaningful conversations, successfully challenge the status quo, have a growth mindset, and collaborate in a positive environment that promotes Godly character. Leadership skills empower our LCI students to develop social, ethical, emotional, physical, and cognitive competencies and equips our students to analyze his or her own strengths and challenges, set personal and entrepreneurial goals, and develop the needed confidence, motivation, and ability to establish and lead support networks in order to fully participate in community life and effect positive social change in Ghana and the world.
Leadership Curriculum
Our leadership curriculum will be focused around John Maxwell’s leadership development books and training. We will of course use other various leadership experts (like Steven Covey and Craig Groschelle) to fully train all of our students in leadership during their time at Legacy Career Institute. Each student will be involved in leadership classes and training each semester they attend LCI.

Dr. William Amponsah
In addition to being the founder of Transformation Ghana Leadership Initiative, William is also the Founder of Self Leadership Coaching International, LLC, a consulting company based in Georgia, the USA dedicated to the development of individuals in the areas of personal, business, and organization strategic growth and leadership.
His speaker/leadership training sessions as well as his one-on-one and team coaching have influenced his numerous clients’ trajectory towards success. He has dedicated his life toward adding value to others, especially the youth – the most important catalyst for lifting Ghana’s social and economic development.
